Our Story
Tomas Bistro is a western-influenced restaurant that serves FLAVORED WINGS, SPECIALTY PASTAS and its signature FLATBREAD PIZZAS, among other comfort food and specialty drinks.
Tomas Bistro was founded by James Besalo, a professional chef who relocated from abroad. His culinary experience and training focused primarily on gourmet cuisine and fine dining restaurants. His mantra from Day 1 is to bring quality comfort food to all Filipinos splashing his Western breadth of culinary experience. Tomas first opened along Pacita Avenue in San Pedro Laguna in July 2018.
Its flavored chicken wings have been given raved reviews since it first opened its doors. What further treat when Chef James then continued to pair them with the speciaty uniqe pastas and flatbread pizzas that are mouth-wathering! If your are looking to 'satisfy your cravings', Tomas Bistro is definitely the way to go!
